Come Move, Learn, Grow with us... We'll be exploring • Ways to travel across the space with ease. • Use of spirals and head-and-tail connection to go into the ground and coming out. • Allowing & following the body's rhythm and grace. • Basics of Contact Improvisation. • Choreographed combinations of dance and movement. • Also there will be some partner work to better understand some exercises to increase awareness in a safe way.
