Movement Journey with Eric Hoel

I am a Ceremonial Empath. I enter into Ceremonial Ritual spaces to connect consciously with the Intelligence of Life flowing through me… through us all. I use the power of rhythm, movement, and intention to access the inner world of consciousness. Through this connection, I seek healing of the habitual thought patterns that no longer serve me. I seek physical and emotional healing by releasing embodied memories that I am ready to let go of through rhythmic, free-form, ecstatic movement. For this journey, we start by Arriving and setting our Intentions. We’ll then begin an hour-long, intuitive movement journey. I will share prompts and invite you to deeper awareness and acceptance of “What’s so” in your current physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experience. We will connect with resources for our journey and invoke guidance and support from our Inner World. And sometimes we might just dissolve into the Joy of Being Alive. After the journey, we will soak in the stillness of Awakened Consciousness and then meet in Sacred Circle for sharing and integration. This month we will reflect on the cycle that has ended and begin the visioning that will begin the next cycle of Life with a bit more Intention and Awareness.
