Join us for a playful evening of joy, connection, and exploration at Movement Medicine – a unique fusion of playful connection practices, heart-activating cacao ritual, and ecstatic dance. Immerse yourself in a space where movement becomes medicine, and every step is a celebration of life. What to Expect: Playful Connection Workshop: We warm up with a playful connection workshop with @annina.yandana & @ellasolavidor where we explore the magic of playful connection with self and others! First you’ll be taken on a blindfolded elemental journey within to anchor into your innate body compass, after which it’s time for some interactive and lighthearted connection and contact dance practices designed to break down barriers and foster a deeper sense of movement with the souls you’re sharing the space with. Cacao Heart Ritual: The evening continues with a deep drop into our hearts and Mother Earth through the magic of ceremonial cacao with @lovebeancacao. You’ll be guided to receive the heart-opening properties of the "food of the gods” to enhance your journey throughout the evening. Guided by the spirit of cacao we come together in gratitude with deep intention to expand, move, play, and celebrate life. Audrey has spent years studying in Guatemala with her teachers, blessed by their lineage and the sacred fire she offers this medicine with reverence and respect. We will work with a beautiful cacao from Samoa (directly sourced) which is a wonderful companion to our hearts and to dance. Ecstatic Dance: Finally it’s time to release inhibitions and surrender to the rhythm of your own heartbeat as a collective with @pumahmusic guiding you through a liberating ecstatic dance experience, where movement is a form of self-expression, and every step is a celebration of the beauty of being alive. You’re invited to use the playful connection and contact dance skills we practiced earlier to rediscover the joy of Movement Medicine while connecting with yourself and others in a playful way.
