This is a closed container, so please arrive on time to honor the space. We’ll begin by melting into presence and attuned connection through trauma-informed conscious contact - an embodied partnered movement practice. (No partner needed.) You’ll be gently guided to connect with yourself first, and then explore movement with different people throughout the journey. Expect soft, slow, surrendered movement… sensing your own body, your partner’s body, and the subtle energy that lives in between - building the anticipation of touch and remembering how freaking awesome it is to have a body. YUM! Afterwards, we’ll shift into a free-flow dance party—a space to loosen up, liberate your expression, and dance your truth. DJ CATalyst is back! And will be slaying on the deck again with more amazing music to keep us grooving all night. We’ll also hold a cozy corner for connection and consensual cuddles if that’s more your jam. This space is welcoming to all bodies, all identities, all levels of experience. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned mover, all of you is welcome.
