Come and join us for this deep and ecstatic experience, a journey to the core of your ancestral soul. We are going to use elements of ceremony, sound, voice and movement in a sacred and safe space that we are going to create together. An opportunity to connect in a very deep level to your essence and release whatever is not that. And also to come back as a tribe, connecting to each other, finding the sense of community we are all longing for. PROGRAMME: 16:00 - 16:30 Welcome ceremony, smudging, opening 7 directions and creation of the sacred space. 16:30 - 17:15 Vocal exercises: Through vocal exercises you will learn how to unlock resonance points of your body allowing the fluid conduction of the frequency in its optimal vibration. In this way we will potentiate our own medicine. 17:15 - 18:00 Mayan dance - Wahyis: It is the result of a research of Mayan dance between the 3rd and 16th century. The theme of this dance is ritual transformation and it helps release energy and brings harmony in the body. 18:00 - 19:15 Tribal Ecstatic Dance: Move freely with Wild Beats and the powerful music they have prepared for you. 19:15 - 20:00 One voice: Water. Experience the expansive potential of group singing by creating harmonies and melodies with conscious intention. Flow, adapt, feel the emotion, allow experiences to come through. 20:00 - 20:30 Sound medicine journey. Allow the sound to guide you into a journey that goes beyond the stars.
