We will work with one another, learning to establish connection through physical touch and partnering exercises, exploring how to move together with improvisational scores and physical contact, acquiring promptness in responding safely and smoothly in the unpredictable pathways of the improvised contact dialogues. Dancing in contact will enable us to move together, negotiating choices, and understanding each other through somatic listening, co-creating physical mobile structures, sharing weight. Entering in deep connection to our own body and its intelligence, together being, sensing, creating and transforming in aware, playful and intuitive dance dialogues. We will emphasize the expressiveness and communicative skills of CI as a dance form, hence we will aim at accessing a creative dialectic in our improvisations.
