Moving Together - Ella

Moving Together Workshop is a 3 hour space that we shall co-create to explore ways of moving our bodies together with or without contact, listening to each other, through the contemporary dance form called Contact Improvisation . We shall use some exercises to embody these principles opening up into an open space of jam, exploration in body movement, dancing and fun in a non-verbal space. Open for any level including beginners!
