Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey — “Ancestral Light” with DJ Miss Pidgeon Wednesday, October 30 | Dance Temple Squamish Join us for an evening of movement, music, and magic as the veil thins on Samhain eve. ✨If you feel like dressing up in costume, all is welcome. This is Ashleigh’s first ecstatic dance set, a journey that has evolved throughout the year with sound calling Ashleigh deeper into her inner world, her voice, her heart, and her inner knowing. She’ll guide a 90-minute dance journey through the sacred balance of dark and light, weaving tribal rhythms, celestial soundscapes, and heart-opening beats that invite our healed ancestors to dance through us. We’ll begin in circle, grounding in with breath and intention, then open into freeform dance — a space to let the music move through you, however your body desires. Dance is medicine: a remembering, a release, and a celebration. To close, we’ll drop into a beautiful live sound journey with Matthew and Ivy, transmuting the energy of the dance and leaving you in a blissed-out, peaceful state. Come as you are, feel what’s alive in you, and move what needs to move. 🕯️ The dance begins. Location : Squamish United Church, far right door on 4th Ave. Parking is street parking anywhere along 4th Ave. All you need to bring is your water bottle, comfy clothes to dance in and cash for admission (or e transfer to [email protected] PRIOR to entry).
