The "MSBC Amateur Dance Cup" will take place on Friday 6th September 2019 from 22:30 hrs as part of the Munich Salsa Bachata Congress 2019. LOCATION: Circulo Munich Rosenheimer Straße 139 81671 Munich, Germany DATE & TIME: 06.09.2019 from 22:30 clock WIN: First place The winner of the MSBC DANCE CUPS will receive 500 EUR and the opportunity to present the show at the gala night on Saturday as part of the international show program. THE JURY The jury consists of national and international Salsa-Congress organizers and will be announced soon. Master of Ceremony (MC): Supermario PROGRAM: 18:00 h Change & Warm Up 18:30 Show Rehearsal 22:30 Showtime around 23:30h Award of the MSBC DANCE CUP 2019 and handover of the 500 EUR winner's prize RULES: 1. GENERAL a. The show may include Salsa, Bachata or Kizomba dance styles or a combination thereof. b. The show may include intro/transitions from other rhythms e.g. hip hop, but for the most part (approx. 70%) the dance styles described above under a. must be danced. c. Lifting figures, lifts and mix of styles are allowed. d. Props / decorations / accessories (chairs, poles, umbrellas, scarves, instruments etc.) may be used. e. The choreography must not exceed a total length of 4 minutes. f. The order/start number of the participants will be determined randomly before the competition. g. Participant level: Amateur, i.e. dance students, hobby dancers, dancers who do not live from dance - no dance teachers. 2. EVALUATION CRITERIA TECHNOLOGY: - Clock reliability - Technical execution (turns, footwork, movements, synchronicity, combinations) - level of difficulty PRESENTATION: - Presentation: costumes, hair, make-up - Stage presence and charisma - Contact with audience and to each other CHOREOGRAPHY: - Stage sets and constellations - Musicality (interpretation of the music) - Originality and entertainment We look forward to seeing you! ALLGEMEIN a. Die Show kann Salsa-, Bachata- oder Kizomba-Tanzstile beinhalten oder aus einer Kombination davon. b. Die Show kann Intro/Übergänge aus anderen Rythmen beinhalten z.B. Hip Hop, es müssen aber zum größten Teil (ca. 70%) die oben unter a. beschriebenen Tanzstile getanzt werden. c. Hebefiguren, Lifts und Mix der Stile sind zugelassen. d. Requisiten / Dekorationen / Accessoires (Stühle, Stangen, Schirme, Tücher, Instrumente etc.) dürfen verwendet werden. e. Die Choreographie darf die Gesamtlänge von 4 min nicht überschreiten. f. Die Reihenfolge/Startnummer der Teilnehmer wird vor dem Wettbewerb per Zufallsprinzip bestimmt. g. Teilnehmerlevel: Amateur, d.h. Tanzschüler, Hobbytänzer, Tänzer, die nicht vom Tanz leben - keine Tanzlehrer. 2. BEWERTUNGSKRITERIEN TECHNIK: • Taktsicherheit • Technische Ausführung (Drehungen, Footwork, Bewegungen, Synchronität, Kombinationen) • Schwierigkeitsgrad PRÄSENTATION: • Präsentation: Kostüme, Haare, Make-up • Bühnenpräsenz und Ausstrahlung • Kontakt mit Publikum und zueinander CHOREOGRAPHIE: • Bühnenbilder und Aufstellungen • Musikalität (Interpretation der Musik) • Originalität und Unterhaltsamkeit Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
