Música En La Plaza: Kimba Light

Presented by the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. Bring your dancing shoes and join us for live music, tacos, and tequila in our beautiful Lyric Court at Música en la Plaza, now taking place the last Friday of every month year round! From Cumbia and Huapango, to Salsa and Norteña, these rhythms will move you to get up and dance under the stars. Everyone is welcome, so don’t miss out! Enjoy Kimba Light on January 31st. Kimba Light is a tropical, high-energy, dance provoking Afro-Cuban band. Fusing salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, reggaeton with a touch of hip-hop and funk thrown in for good measure. The result? The funkiest Latin band around! Although no RSVP is required and admission is free and unreserved, you can RSVP below to stay informed about this and other free, community events at the Center. Seating at bistro tables is also available for $15/seat or $50 for a table for 4. Table seating is very limited, so purchase your seats early! NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED. All RSVPs must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Puertas abren a las 7:00pm.
