Come as you are and let your body lead; every movement is perfect. Always be mindful and respectful of personal space, ensuring a clear "yes" before making contact. We dance with shoes off. To stay fully present in our experience and respect the privacy of all, we ask that phones are put away – no photos or videos. And to truly let the dance be our high, we maintain a substance-free environment.
