Description: Dance church with Aiyisha is an open invitation to sweat your prayers in community. our journey will begin with us planting our seeds of intention for the dance. We'll move from solitude and stillness into meaningful connections, unfurling our colorful authentic expression as we embody our truth. This spiritual journey is an opportunity to awaken our own capacity for healing and growth. May the medicine we co-create ripple out for the wellbeing of all who call this beautiful earth, home. Aiyisha is a master student of life. Her teachings are imbued with her studies in Somatic Psychology, Child Development, Message Therapy Yoga. What it is: Dance Church with Aiyisha is a deeper container for this ecstatic, meditative practice, preceded at 11:11 by a cacao activation by Willow and a chance to connect with commUnity. We ask that you arrive as close to 11:33 as possible to begin the dance. We will welcome you after that time, too. Aiyisha takes us through a gently guided practice and exploration with music and building rhythms. We end in quiet stillness, and you are welcome to leave quietly without a word, or stay for a very short closing circle to integrate with the dancers. ~~~~~~ Location: Mt.
