DANCE CHURCH ecstatic dance is tomorrow, Sunday March 3rd with BeeLove 🐝❤️∞ Bee safe. I am dreaming of cacao and dance with snowflakes in the cedars kind of magic! And safe travels. JUST ADDED: Kauri Force for sound bath after dance. Bring cozy blanket if you want to optimize warmth in the dance hall. EDIT: Willow, our cacao goddess with the mostest is currently enjoying India, so I'll be offering the cacao activation. Feel free to bring a instrument, rattle or voice to bless up the cacao together. Yes, we are keeping Thursdays. Please tell all who may be interested. What it is: Dance Church is a deeper container for this ecstatic, meditative practice, preceded at 11:11 by a cacao activation and a chance to connect with commUnity. We ask that you arrive as close to 11:33 as possible to begin the dance. We will welcome you after that time, too. We will begin with a short, gently guided focus time of movement, then into a carefully crafted wave of sonic harmonics and building rhythms of free dance. We end in quiet stillness with a short sound bath, and you are welcome to leave quietly without a word, or stay for a very short closing circle to integrate with the dancers. ~~~~~~ Location: Mt.
