Music at Santa Monica Contact Improv Jam, with warmup lead by Merrick Jacob this Sunday the 19th!

This is a Contact Improv Jam with a playlist of Music from Jen Hong. We will Jam til 9:30 pm. Opening circle is just after 6:30 with our half hour warm-up class led by Merrick Jacob immediately following. Thank you to all that attended last Sunday! Such a great group! Influenced by her practices of contact improvisation, figure skating, acroyoga, and hand-balancing, she guides playful movement experiences as an opportunity for deep listening, research, and co-creation.
