A class on dynamics and movement character (with a touch of habits and patterns). Giving familiar figures a new life — how to dance the same figure in different ways. 20:00-21:20 - The Reversal Experiment: We “flip” familiar figures and explore reversed movements. The goal: to break habits, stay present and deepen connection. Two new “one-and-two” patterns made from simple steps and weight shifts which in 25 years never occurred to Slava before. Saturday, 20.12. 18:00-19:20 - How would I dance this musical piece. Farol by Pugliese. "What could we mark here" as well as what we should do and what's not the best idea.. The idea is to explore the song from the beginning till the end. We listen, we find what to "mark", we train paying attention to different things in the music. We will try to find "the most important moment of the song". We decide "how" to express it. We try, and try again.. All classes are for Couples.
