Musical interpretation & styling in social dance with Deakocan!

Deakocan presents the Salsa con Manana Bootcamp with Osbanis & Anneta Musical interpretation & styling in social dance. The bootcamp offers you the opportunity to take part in unique & stimulating classes. It gives you a chance to develop and broaden your dance skills through a wide range of exercises with a focus on improving: body movement, styling, isolations, free style and musicality. 5 February 2017- 4h Studio session. One-day trip to Cuba with Deakocan ,2pm-6pm 14:00- 16:00 Part I We will focus on the interaction with music, the fusion of afrocuban and rumba moves in social dance. We will learn how to spice up your styling with the musicality and elements of afrocuban and rumba steps and sequences. Gain the confidence and freedom in free styling. 16:00- 16:15 A little break for a snack 16:15- 18:00 Part II Connection- conversation with the music and your partner. Interaction with instruments and body language in social dancing. Workshop Location: The O2 Centre Finchley Road, it is right next to Finchley Road tube station, on the A41 Finchley Road, postcode- London NW3 6LU. The studio is located on the same floor as the VUE cinema. Once you reach the Level 2 by the main escalator, right in front of the cinema, turn left, walk towards the Gymboree. The studio is located on the left side at the end of the corridor leading to Gymboree. Nearest tube station is Finchley Road (Jubilee & Metropolitan line) Bus routes 13, 82,113 and N13.
