Musicality and Expression The objective of this class is to discover new ways to create an identity in dance and have more freedom of movement. We will work on the musicality associated with body expression. The class is going to be full of theoretical and practical content, and it can be taken alone or with a partner. The content of the class will be for both leaders and followers, so come learn a little bit more about musicality and body expression and how to apply them in Zouk. Pat Géa is a teacher, dancer and choreographer. Her main focus of study is on Zouk, Samba, musicality, body expression and body awareness. She is a Soulzouk teacher and collaborated on the creation of the Soulzouk teaching methodology. She is also a dancer at Mimulus Dance Company. She has experience in ballet, contemporary dance, jazz, contact and improvisation technique. She’s travelled the world dancing, and in each experience, she takes her own vision of dance, with a sparkle in her eyes and a lot of art in her movements. The link of the meeting!
