Musicality Workshop

Musicality Workshop + Group Practice This is a 2 hour non-stop event designed to boost your ability to hear the rhthym, find the one, hear different instruments, learn to identity different sections in each song and ultimately feel more confident with your musicality and dancing. We will briefly go over the history of both Salsa and Bachata. Workshop Breakdown 7:00pm Salsa Musicality Section 7:40pm Dancing Salsa Solo + Partnered 8:00pm Bachata Musicality Section 8:40pm Dancing Bachata Solo + Partnered When Tuesday 16 December 7:00pm – 9:00pm Where Manly Youth Centre Kangaroo Street, Manly Who Teacher: Rich Lees What to expect Learing musicality terms, concepts and history Recreating patterns in music with clapping and other instruments Mapping out common sections in both Salsa and Bachata songs Putting it all to practice with solo and partnered dancing Price $40 for both Salsa and Bachata workshops $25 for just one workshop What to bring Pen, Paper and Water.
