Musicality Workshop

Counting to the music, or the rhythm, can be easy but what if we took the counts away? In this workshop, we will learn how to dance to only the instruments or lyrics or the base instead of the regular counts. You will learn a short choreography to the musicality of a Bachata song but the technique can be applied to any kind of music. Don’t worry it’s not as hard as it seems, it’s actually really fun! You will also learn a little of the science behind musicality. For example, what to listen for, terminology, what you can do when you hear a certain sound, focusing on different instruments of the song. The class is beginner friendly so anyone and everyone can join! - $25 drop in
