My Ecstatic Odyssey is inspired by some of our summertime outdoor Sunset ecstatic dances. There is something magical about a sunset or sunrise that takes us deep into the now. That threshold between past and future, where the world starts to feel alive! As we move towards the Winter Solstice - the shortest day of the year, or the longest night of the year, we'll be channelling the spirit of Ibiza, Goa and inspiring Sunset/Sunrises worldwide in this dark winter time. There is a rejoicing that, even in the darkest time, the sun is not vanquished. After Winter Solstice the days begin to get longer as the light of day grows. While the gentle winter sun slowly opens its eyes, let us all bring more light and compassion into the world. Come and dance to OPEN-UP, to release city stress, dance in more light and joy and make new friends - all accompanied by a transformational euphoric & uplifting dance music to connect us deeply with our dance, our hearts and our creativity. We'll be including delicious ceremonial grade cacao and a beautiful cacao ceremony/guided meditation facilitated by Seth to connect us with our body, our hearts and positive intention. No prior experience of dance necessary. All welcome. Our Ecstatic Dance sessions have guidelines of: No booze, No Shoes, No phones, No Chit Chat, Move However You Wish, Respect yourself and others.
