Welcome to Mycelium.Dance! This is a dance that can pop up randomly when needed! Like a mushroom pops up after a rainstorm, so will we be offering you a place to dance, to move, to be in your bodies and senses. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you're perfectly free.” And Hafiz writes: Every child has known God, Not the God of names, Not the God of don'ts, Not the God who ever does Anything weird, But the God who knows only 4 words And keeps repeating them, saying: "Come Dance with Me." In order to cover our costs and compensate all those who invest their time and energy into curating this space and providing the music for us, we ask for an exchange: Entree: Sliding Scale $15-$25-$35 Paying more when you can will allow us to provide this space to others who cannot afford to come otherwise. Funds may also be allocated to purchase a community-owned sound system, lights, materials for the altar, cozy corner, fruits and snacks, fabrics to beautify the space, etc. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
