Family friendly, all ages. *** Step into an immersive experience at the Myrtle Beach Ecstatic Dance with Disco Johnnie, one of the Stewards of Wilmington Ecstatic dance. Come as you are and express yourself through music and movement! This Dance falls on the Summer Solstice and Father's Day, our DJ is a wonderful dad and we are excited to celebrate that energy! Featuring a high fidelity sound system provided by 5i Productions. More than just hearing this high quality sound experience- your body will feel it. Opening Ceremony: We open the space with a grounding moment in circle with community. Opening ceremony will be led by Feel the Heal 77 offering Breath Work that is pranayama-influenced and very intentional with the nervous system in mind. It includes circular breathing, and gentle toning, guiding people into a more parasympathetic, grounded state to open the ceremony in a really connected and embodied way to ease into the dance. Your ticket also includes a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, known for many mind, body & spiritual benefits including reducing stress & anxiety, being a heart opener, promoting feelings of happiness, well-being, and emotional ease. We will have vendors to enjoy and a massage therapist! We invite participants to remove their shoes if possible. We ask to respect no talking on the dance floor, there is space in the building for conversations and connection off of the dance floor. Doors open at 4:30, event starts at 5pm
