Starting our events with ceremony allows us to come together with intention and attention. The ceremony helps us focus in on what we want to manifest throughout our journeys and celebrate the quiet before the storm with awareness. ⁣ Dance 💃🏻⁣ Dancing is one of the most ancient ways to connect to the divine, celebrating life through movement has truly transformative capabilities. There is so much energy flowing in our body, that sometimes the only way to express it is to move.
