NANCY LOUZAN WEEKEND IN HELSINKI Nancy Louzan an actress and dancer was born in Buenos Aires and has been a tango teacher for 25 years. Her teachers of tango has been Gabriel Angió and Natalia Games, Mingo and Esther Pugliese, Giselle Anne and Gustavo Naveira, Roberto Herrera, Melina Brufman, Mariano Chicho Frumboli and Musicality with Horacio Godoy. She has an impressive amount of experience in master classes and seminars in Buenos Aires and around the world. She has visited also Helsinki several times before. Nancy wants to emphasize togetherness and f e e l i n g what is happening in a dance in a hug dance like tango. She says: "I really believe in the idea that a couple dance is c r e a t e d between two people. This requires empathy, co operation, and also playful attitude to both of them. An intimate connection with one self, one's own mind, body and feeling"! She wish to transmit curiosity andcourage people to take risks and learn how to use technique and musicality as a t o o l to really enjoy this unique dance, but not to block one self in rules.
