Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action. We will travel through 5Rhythms Wave guided by wide range of dynamic music and gentle invitation to bring awareness to your body and to the partner, to embody rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and end up in stillness. By exploring the relating to yourself, partner and a group in safe context of a workshop we are learning about our patterns in a daily life, we are practicing a creative ways of responding from our body and not overthinking when the real life challenge hits us! Be present in your body and you may discover the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of yourself that yearns to be free. Mia Arneric has been dancing the 5 Rhythms path since 2000. By nature full of wanderlust, countries, nor continents couldn't hold me, so I am still amazed how I found a practice that is always fresh and new in my body, keeping me curious and coming back for an exploration. It is deep and grounding experience for me, giving me stability in my real self, necessary for the safe flight of my emotional self. It is time to pay this love forward! Ze is de co-creator, DJ en dansdocente bij Ecstatic Dance België, draait bij Nataraj en reist de wereld rond om haar passionele stroming via muziek en dans te delen met anderen. Ze geeft Ecstatic Dance trainingen, organiseert vrouwencirkels en via haar creatieve coachings stimuleert ze anderen op hun eigen unieke, creatieve weg. De sound van DJ CaroLine worden samengevat in drie woorden: uplifting, diep en bezield. Ze maakt gebruik van een verscheidenheid aan muzikale ingrediënten - van sjamanistische ritmes tot swingende melodieën, van deep-tribal grooves tot hart-openende mantra's en van rauwe dubstep beats tot zachte poëtische zang - en mengt ze in een nieuwe mix van unieke geluiden en trillingen. Wat wil je met zo’n feest waar de onschuld van af spat en iedereen de hippie in zichzelf los kan laten. Je ziet dan ook alle leeftijden, kleuren en gezindten extatisch met elkaar dansen op de vloer.
