We invite you to join us to come together to express, connect, play and heal through the wonderful act of dance. Through dance and movement, we believe people can re.discover and enhance the ability to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Dance is a powerful meditation and in combination with carefully selected deep shamanic worldly music we offer a space whereby one can let go of the mind and drop into the body. A means to journey to inward and celebrate being alive! This is a transformational space for presence and connection through freeform movement. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we cultivate a deeper connection within ourselves and with others. We shape awareness that extends beyond our own. Some people leave feeling euphoric, connected, energised and full of love. Exchange = $15 at the door. $20 for you and a friend Schedule: 3:50 - Arrival 4:15 - Grounding 4:30 - We Dance! 6:15 - Grounding and reflection 6:30 - Close Ecstatic Dance Agreements= We maintain the safety of this freeform movement temple by agreeing to the following: 1) No shoes 2) No drugs or alcohol 3) No talking on the dance floor 4) No video or pictures (no devices within the space) 5) Respect the Space (Others’ and the Collective) We ask that you arrive nice and early, and stay for the duration in order to help co-create the beautiful container of the dance temple.
