Nekawa Ecstatic Dance & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

We invite you to join together to express, connect, play and heal through the wonderful act of dance. Ecstatic Dance is a conscious movement practice that invites us to open to our own inner wisdom. People use the space to exercise, release, unwind from a busy week. For some it can be a deep healing experience. Through dance and movement, we believe people can (re)discover and enhance the ability to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Dance is a powerful meditation and in combination with a carefully selected fusion of deep shamanic medicine beats, world music, electronica, dub, tribal house, classic remixes and more we offer a space whereby one can let go of the mind and drop into the body. This is a transformational space for presence and connection through freeform movement. A space to graciously meet yourself where you are. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we cultivate a deeper connection within ourselves and with others. We shape awareness that extends beyond our own. Feel free to do yoga, stretch, dance like no one is watching, engage in contact improvisation movement or just chill and enjoy the music. The journey will finish off with the deep healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. The frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improve circulation, increase blood flow, reduces: anxiety and stress, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more.
