Welcome to our new series of Neon Painting Dance Ritual & Cacao Love ∞ ♥ ∞ A sacred space where we connect deeper to ourselves and others by showing up, sharing, playing, dancing, expressing, releasing and having so much fun that words cannot express! We will blend different practices like Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, Shaking, Laughing, Sound Journey, Art, Singing, Games, Rituals and many other surprises for 2020! Everything for a happy Life & Soul Because it is time to PLAY, to have serious FUN and to reconnect with our inner child 😊 Life is not suppose to be grey but full of colors and NEON GLOW COLORS, so come and enjoy with your new tribe! In our 1st edition we will join together in sacred circle, symbolizing the cycle of life, unity and infinity to drink the ceremonial grade cacao medicine from Guatemala (Keith's Cacao) and allow its magic to work through us, connecting us more deeply to the present moment. We will share our prayers with truth and authenticity. After some breathing, shaking, stretching and a meditation we will partner up with another person and start our neon painting ritual. From there we will move, breathe and shake our bodies into bliss. An opportunity to connect deeply with Self and others in fun ways words cannot express. *ABOUT CACAO* Cacao is the ultimate heart opener, it will give you energy, revitalise your BodyMind inviting you to express, release & unleash your creativity on the dance floor! Things to keep in mind… – It is often suggested to not eat for 4 hours before consuming cacao for ceremony. While this is definitely an invitation into a full experience, please be mindful of what your body needs. Eating “lightly” during this time is just as well, and if you really have to eat, EAT! – No Coffee after 11am – No drugs, no alcohol – Drink a lot of water during the day prior to the ceremony. ***************************************** 18h00 : DOORS OPEN Guidelines: 1. No talking on the dance floor (plenty of room to talk in the lounge space up on the balcony) 2. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment 3. No photos or videos, cell phones muted and out of sight (but no worries, we will have a time for pictures and videos that will take and share with you after for those who wish for 🙏) 4. Respect for the space and for one another (we are asking you to be mindful about your painting and to wipe & wash after yourself, leave the place clean as when you arrived) 5. Move your body however you wish! 6. You can dance alone, or with as many partners as (you) like to join. (If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in prayer position at your heart) What to Bring: 1. Absolutely anything that is comfortable you can move in. As sparkly or as plain as you like! White or bright colors, swimwear also if you want your body painted! 2. Water and a water bottle. You can refill it at the venue.
