COVID-19 UPDATE: 28/10/21 - sadly we won't be able to hold this event as planned this Friday and who knows when we will be able to hold street parties again. When we do, the first one will be this fundraiser for Breast Cancer NZ. *** CUBAN☆FUSION - Wellington's Cuban Salsa Specialists' monthlyish Red & White Cuba Street Salsa Party is going PINK this month for a very good cause - The Breast Cancer Foundation NZ. What better place to dance Salsa than in the street, Cuba Street to be exact. Don't worry if you don't know how to dance, we'll teach you! Dress Code: PINK! Help us raise awareness and funds for a very good cause and to have a good time.. the Cuban way.. dancing the night away under stars! Suggested Koha/Donation: $5 Aiming to fund-raise $1,000 this year.. that's only 200 people @ $5 dancing Salsa in Cuba Street all PINKed up. We can do it! If cash an issue (or you can't make it to the event, but would like to contribute) you can always donate on-line to our Pink Party account: 02-0343-0003801-007 ALL donations will go to The Breast Cancer Foundation NZ to help them in their mission to educate and find better cures. LOCATION: You will find us in the usual place - "La Plaza" - the open space between the Bucket Fountain and the Left Bank Lane (where the Wellington Night Market is) - in Cuba Mall.
