New Year Zouk Workshops with Jules & Karen

Chào anh chị em, Mở hàng năm 2016 với nhiều sự kiện hấp dẫn của HeartZouk Dance là workshops của Jules và Karen. Cái tên Jules Bertrand có thể xa lạ với các Zoukers Việt Nam, nhưng là một cái tên rất phổ biến và nổi tiếng tại Bắc Mỹ. Jules Bertrand giảng dạy, biểu diễn, dựng bài và DJ Zouk! Jules sinh ra tại Cameroon và lớn lên tại Montreal, Canada. Anh là vũ công chuyên nghiệp hơn 15 năm qua với các điệu nhảy salsa, afro-cuban, bachata, chacha, samba và hiphop. Năm 2010, tình yêu của Jules với Zouk và Kizomba bắt đầu. Cùng năm đó, anh thành lập công ty Interfusion Danse Company. Cùng với partner của mình là Melodie Fares, Jules đã giới thiệu Zouk và style độc đáo của mình tới các thành phố ở Canada và trên thế giới. Đầu năm 2015, Jules sống tại Bồ Đào Nha và Pháp để tu tập Kizomba, sau đó anh tới Angola để tìm hiểu thêm điệu nhảy này. Jules Interfusion Danse Student Team giành giải nhất trong cuộc thi Zouk tổ chức tại Miami tháng 3/2014 và đã biểu diễn trong rất nhiều sự kiện ở Brazil và Bấc Mỹ. Gần đây, Jules giành giải nhì trong cuộc thi Zoukabity Challenge – nhánh chuyên nghiệp – được tổ chức tại New York. Jules đã giảng dạy, biểu diễn và DJ salsa, bachata, Zouk và Kizomba tại Canada, Mỹ, Châu Âu, Brazil, Trung Quốc, Nhật Bản và sắp tới là Việt Nam Chương trình dự kiến như sau: 1. To start with, we’d like to introduce workshops by Jules Bertrand. Jules Bertrand Nouyadjam is a dance teacher, performer, choreographer and DJ! Jules is originally from Cameroon, Africa and has been living in Montreal, Canada since the age of 10. He has been a passionate dancer for over 15 years, exploring everything from African dance, salsa, afro-cuban, bachata, cha cha, samba and hip hop. He is inspired by fusion and body isolation. In 2010, after falling in love with Brazilian zouk and kizomba, Jules opened the Interfusion Danse Company. Along with his partner (Melodie Fares) and team they brought ‘Bzouk’ and their unique style of fusion to Canada and abroad. Jules has spent time living in Brazil to fully immerse himself in the culture, language and various styles of Brazilian zouk. Earlier in 2015, Jules travelled to Portugal and Paris to take part in a comprehensive Kizomba and Semba teacher training and is soon to arrive in Angola to further his knowledge in the traditional source of these dances. Jules Interfusion Danse Student Team won 1st place at the Brazilian Zouk Dance Congress competition in Miami in March 2014 and have performed various choreographies in Brazil and throughout Canada and the USA. Jules recently won 2nd place in the professional divison of the Zoukality Challenge held in New York. Agenda 1.
