Ring in the new year with with a night of joyous music and dance featuring one of the leading vocalists on the contemporary salsa scene! Greet 2022 while having a tropical getaway right in Toronto! Lula's famous New Year's Eve Party features a 4-course Latin fusion dinner, a beginner salsa lesson, a tropicana-inspried dance performance, two high energy live salsa sets by Marta Elena and her Cuban Quintet, a DJ spinning top 40 and Latin dance hits and bubbly at midnight! Please also let us know about any allergies in advance. -First Course: Ensalada Azteca Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and roasted sweet corn in a lime vinaigrette, topped with crispy tortilla slivers. Served with a slice of Chef Javier’s homemade sourdough loaf. -Second Course: Pan-seared Atlantic Salmon Marinated in rosemary-infused olive oil, served with oven-roasted asparagus on a bed lemon garlic spaghetti. -Third Course: Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs topped with caramelized onions and tomatoes, served with roasted Brussel sprouts and cambray potatoes. -Fourth Course: Angeles y Demones Angel cake and strawberries with sweet milk beside a rich chocolate Cuban rum cake. --Vegetarian / Vegan menu option-- -First Course: Ensalada Azteca Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and roasted sweet corn in a lime vinaigrette, topped with crispy tortilla slivers. Marta dedicates her first full length album to her mother and to women fighting for equality around the world.
