New Year’s Prana-Love Yoga+Dance Playshop

Join Keef Miles and Ieva Wildlovebeamer for a fabulous New year’s Prana-Love Playshop. This will be a space to playfully explore intentions to shine a light on the year ahead with the radiant blessings of yoga, dance and creative community. PranaLove Yoga & Dance workshops are co-created and facilitated by Keef Miles and Ieva Wildlovebeamer in London and internationally. It is a paradigm shifting synergy of playful-prayerful practices that combines, Pranamotion, Partner and HuMandala Yoga, Dynamic Meditations, Thai Massage, & Prana-Love Dance. Pranamotion Yoga is a playful-prayerful dynamic flowing yoga practice grounded in universal principles of alignment. Partner Yoga is two or more people joining together to deepen the impact and experience of a yoga practice. Prana-Love Dance is born from Keef and Ieva’s experiences in Movement Medicine, Ecstatic Dance and other practices This day long workshop is designed to encourage a sense of community, freedom, unity, connection, compassion and co-creativity. A safe, celebratory and beautiful space to mindfully practice living and loving whole-heartedly; fully giving and receiving our gifts in this dance of life. He is a long term apprentice teacher of The School of Movement Medicine. His innate passion for - life, love and laughter, community, connection and creativity, words, humour and music, yoga, massage and dance - enlivens his work. His classes are uplifting and inspiring explorations and celebrations of the human spirit. The intention behind Ieva’s work is to create a sense of belonging and union through playful, physical movement and self-expression in a safe environment, incorporating her academic (Psychology, Transpersonal Counselling & Social Work) and esoteric knowledge creating fun, spontaneous and heart-warming experiences to support individuals to open up to the wonder of life.
