Newport Art Deco Weekend!

We're back for another spectacular weekend living in the jazz age! Hold on to your hats cause we plan to take an exciting ride through the history of transportation in the Art Deco period! Come 1 if by land, 2 if by sea and why not 3 if by air! All forms of golden age transportation will be covered this weekend. This year’s event will feature classes on vintage travel, transportation related games, themed activities in town and free antique car rides all weekend! Feel free to bring your vintage bike, car, auto, horse, or plane! This year we welcome the outstanding Beantown Swing Orchestra for the Black-Tie Ball. Returning this year are esteemed instructors Todd and Beth from Swing Salon and Kelllian and Brian Pletcher from Boston Lindy Bomb Squad. Plus our photographer Tyna of Vintage Girl Studios who will be staying with us for the entire weekend! Sunday morning we have a harbor excursion booked on Newport's "Rum Runner" cruise and in the afternoon a visit to the Audrain Auto Museum. And on top of that, plans are in the works for a vintage clothing swap meet on Friday night!
