Nieuwe Maan Cirkel - Breda

☽ 𝓛𝓲𝓮𝓿𝓮 𝓿𝓻𝓸𝓾𝔀, Wat fijn dat je hier terecht bent gekomen! Je bent zo welkom om deel uit te maken van deze reeks nieuwe maan cirkels, om samen te zijn en te verbinden met de prachtige vrouwelijke energie die we in ons alle hebben. Een vrouwencirkel is een veilige ruimte waar we samen komen om te verbinden zonder oordelen. Wijsheden te delen, elkaar te bekrachtigen en gezien en gehoord te worden. We gaan gebruik maken van de energie van de nieuwe maan die je gevoel en intuïtie kan versterken. De nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden die hierbij zichtbaar worden en ons openen voor het nieuwe. Deze bijeenkomsten zijn ook bijzonder geschikt voor de hooggevoelige vrouw. De intentie is om ons aandacht naar binnen te brengen en tegelijkertijd ook de verbinding te voelen met de andere vrouwen. Hier mag je gaan voelen wat jij echt nodig hebt en je eigen kracht gaan waarnemen. Het is natuurlijk heel fijn dat jij zo goed kan aanvoelen wat anderen in jouw omgeving nodig hebben maar het is essentieel om zelf ook energiek en krachtig in het leven te staan. ☽ De structuur van de avonden zal bestaan uit: ❍ Beweging en dans ❍ Meditatie/visualisatie ❍ Deel ronde ❍ Wisselende verbindende activiteit (massage, eye-gazing, dialoog, mantra’s etc) ❍ Afsluiting ☽ Thee, water en iets lekker is inbegrepen. ☽ De cirkels worden gehouden in de prachtige ruimte van Yogakitchen direct achter het treinstation in Breda. We zullen het gezellig en knus maken met een earth mandala altaar, kaarsen en de open haard. You are so welcome to be part of this series of new moon circles, to be together and connect with the beautiful feminine energy we have within all of us. A women's circle is a safe space where we come together to connect without judgment. To share wisdom, to empower each other and to be seen and heard. We are going to use the energy of the new moon that can strengthen your ability to feel and intuition. The new opportunities and possibilities that become visible and open us to the new. These gatherings are also particularly suitable for the highly sensitive woman. The intention is to bring our attention inwards and at the same time feel the connection with the other women. Here you can feel what you really need and start to perceive your own strength. It is of course very nice that you can feel so well what others in your environment need, but it is essential to also be energetic and powerful in life for yourself. ☽ The structure of the evenings will consist of: ❍ Movement and dance ❍ Meditation/visualisation ❍ Share round ❍ Varying connecting activities; (massage, eye-gazing, dialogue, mantras etc) ❍ Closing ☽ Tea, water and snacks are included. ☽ The circle can be in English ☽ The circles are held in the beautiful space of Yogakitchen directly behind the train station in Breda. We will make it nice and cozy with an earth mandala altar, candles and light the fireplace.
