Nine Lives Yoga Rave - Birthday Celebration

Lockdown deserves a Yoga Rave and it also just so happens to be my birthday in 2 weeks so what better way to celebrate! I'm collaborating with friend and creator of Ecstatic Dance Berlin and collaborator with me Natural High Healing Festival, the one, the only Pascal de Lacaze. And now I’m sooo excited to announce one of my favour ire humans and DJ’s who has travelled with me to Wilderness Festival, Natural High Healing Festival Finland, London’s Vegan Wellbeing Festival and Mind Body Spirit Festival London - it’s DJ DJ Pixi Pete!!! He’ll be joining us for a second dance set and to warm us down in a dance stylee ready for meditation. Get ready for the Yoga Rave on Saturday!! Come and connect, dress up, dress down, dance, breathe and bring friends. It's a party! Once we're together alone - we get on the mat and set intentions for the night, as we move through a dynamic hatha yoga sequence, the music builds and we get ready to cut lose on the dancefloor. Pascal works his magic as we move into a proper ecstatic dance party, and celebrate life, freedom and getting older! Bring something cosy to keep warm at the end when we close in a deep meditation. Berlin's premiere ecstatic dance DJ and compadre - we've hosted two Yoga Rave's in Finland's Natural High Healing Festival on the main stage together - and now we move online to share this with you during lockdown.
