The Wheel of the Year is turning….. The Equinox takes place March 20th, Co-creating with the Vernal Equinox and the arrival of Ostara in Spring, we will plant the seeds of creativity through healthy artistic movements and give space to feel and express emotions through interpretive dance and sounding as your instructor guides the class through tantric expansive methods. And since we will be live and in person with each other, we will become each others Sun and Earth through partnered stretching and dance dynamics. Get ready to be on the floor (if a mat is best for you then please bring) , source your bravery like the daffodil as we stoke our inner sunshine fire with breathwork to turn ourselves on - stirring up the Jing and creative forces within us all. All Bodies are welcome here, all movements and teachings are suggestions - nothing is mandatory - come to participate or heal as the witness. About your instructor: Anna Ostara (Durga) is a pain management and postural specialist - meeting physical clients needs through releasing tense tissues and realigning structure to their body and central nervous systems. Blending her background in Pilates, Yoga Modalities of Iyengar, Acro, Yin, Ashtanga and Restorative, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Qi Gong, Chinese Medicine, Exercise Science, Outdoor Education, Permaculture and Tantra she is an expert and singular in her field.
