February at 14.00, we will start the registration for Nordic Salsa Camp 2021 from 11-17. July at Brandbjerg Højskole. www.nordicsalsacamp.dk We do this with a belief, that by July we have reached such a point with the vaccination and control of the Corona pandemic in Denmark, the Nordic countries and Northern Europe, that the authorities will give the permission, that it is healthy and possible to hold a Nordic Salsa Camp with ca. 180 participants from Denmark and abroad, where we can meet again, dance and play together - In one way or another! One of the ways might be that we fore example can use a double test model, where participants, teachers and staff must both show a valid PCR test or Corona vaccine passport on arrival at the Camp and take a Corona quick test before the entrance to the Camp. How the possibilities and models will be in practice, we will know much more about during the spring, and the closer we get to the start of the Camp. SIGN UP DANCE LINE The registration for the "dance line in Cuban salsa" will this year take place by signing up in pair with a dance partner at the same dance level, where you as a pair can choose between 6 dance levels. There are max. 170 seats on the dance line with equal distribution 85/85 on men and women (Leaders / followers) Of the 170 seats, approx. 130 seats are reserved for participants from Denmark and approx. 40 seats are reserved for foreign participants. SIGN UP BAND LINE. This year there are 10 seats on the band line in Cuban salsa with participants from Denmark and abroad. REGISTRATION FEE & COURSE FEE. You are finally admitted when you have received an email from Brandbjerg Højskole and paid in a registration fee of DKK 500. Remember you must pay the the full course fee no later than 1 April. See prices for double room, tent and camping van at www.nordicsalsacamp.dk CANCELLATION Remember If you cancel your participation no later than 14 days before the start of the Camp, which is Saturday June 26, you will get back your course fee back minus the registration fee of DKK 500. If you cancel less than 14 days after the start of the course, the course fee is lost. If Brandbjerg Højskole cancels the course, you will receive the full course fee back. PROGRAM & TEACHERS. En af måderne kan måske være, at vi kan anvende en dobbelt test model, hvor deltagere, undervisere og personale både skal vise en gyldig PCR-test eller Corona vaccinepas ved ankomsten til Campen samt skal tage en gyldig Corona-lyntest ved indgangen til Campen. Hvordan mulighederne og modellerne kommer til at se ud i praksis, ved vi mere om i løbet af foråret, og jo tættere vi kommer på Campens start. TILMELDING DANSELINJEN Tilmeldingen til danselinjen i cubansk salsa foregår i år ved, at I tilmelder jer med en dansepartner på samme danse niveau, hvor I som udgangspunkt kan vælge mellem 6 danse niveauer. Der er plads til max. 170 deltagere på danse-linjen med lige fordeling 85/85 på mænd og kvinder (Leaders/followers) Af de 170 pladser er ca. 130 pladser reserveret til deltagere fra Danmark og ca. 40 pladser er reserveret til udenlandske deltagere. TILMELDING BAND-LINJEN Der er i år 10 pladser på band-linjen i cubansk salsa med deltagere fra Danmark og udlandet. TILMELDINGSBELØB & KURSUSBELØB. I er endeligt optaget, når I har modtaget mail fra Brandbjerg Højskole og indbetalt et tilmeldingsbeløb på 500 kr. Husk I skal indbetale det fulde kursusbeløb senest 1. april. I kan se priser på dobbeltværelse, telt, camper og campingvogn på www.nordicsalsacamp.dk AFLYSNING Husk at hvis I aflyser jeres deltagelse senest 14 dage før Campens start, det vil sige senest lørdag 26 juni, får I får jeres kursusbeløb tilbage minus tilmeldingsbeløbet på 500 kr. Aflyser I mindre en 14 dage før kursets start er kursusbeløbet tabt. I tilfælde af at Brandbjerg Højskole aflyser kurset, får I det fulde kursusbeløb tilbage.
