CLASS FORMAT: 8pm till 9pm KIZOMBA Beginners and Intermediate classes (introduce contra tempo, female / male saida variation, breaks variation plus the use of fundementals) 9pm till 10pm SEMBA (Intro to the authentic semba, plus tips and tricks at the end for fun). For both Men and Women.
