NUNA Nights - Dance & Connection (Sold Out)

Spend an evening in January with 3 hours of guided dance improvisation and connection exercises and start your new year nurturing your body and relations. Our desire is to create a space for and with you to be yourself, to meet others through dance and to allow yourself to be seen, to be strong, lively, confident, quiet, vulnerable, weird or whatever you want to be in the moment. This is an invitation to explore what is alive within you and to welcome everything. Once we have grounded and reached a connection with ourselves we will move on to group exercises and partner work. The evening will have of different elements from dance and authentic relating including: - Meditation - Rhythm - Eye contact - Improvisation - Partner dance - Touch - Witnessing - Intention setting - Boundaries work Your hostesses this evening are Nuno and Natasha, who have created the CPH Fusion Festival and worked together on the Authentic Relating Festival and various workshops with improvised partner dancing. About Nuno: Nuno has a passion for dance that connects people and she uses movement as tool to help you go within and explore your inner life, discover all your hidden qualities and make you go beyond your own limiting beliefs. She has worked tirelessly as a dance teacher in contemporary dance, ballet and partner dance with all age groups to inspire them get in touch with their imagination, creativity and personal expression. About Natasha: Natasha has a passion for authentic living though expressing your desires, boundaries and allowing yourself to be vulnerable and seen. She has worked many years with authentic relating and shamanism, inspiring people, relationships and business life to deepen connections and lately she has become an international facilitator of the course 'The ART of Being Human'. We encourage you to come as you are regardless of previous experience with dance and authentic relating ❤️ However we do ask that you come with an open mind and curiosity and respect that this in this event we are trying to cultivate a space of safety, honesty and intimacy. This also means we will curate the guest list if necessary. Please arrive between 19.45 and 20.00 so we can start together on time.
