🔥 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗬𝗖 — 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗯 & 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝘆𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 → 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 Join us every Thursday in NYC for a 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 designed for dancers who want to go deeper into Lambada — 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. These regular classes are built for students who want to understand the structure of Lambada: the timing, mechanics, movement pathways, body coordination, head movement logic, and partner communication that allow the dance to become fluid, musical, and expressive. Our approach focuses on the “𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮”: the underlying principles that make the dance work, so students can develop real control, confidence, and freedom on the dance floor. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌟 𝟳:𝟬𝟬–𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 — 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 is where we build the essential vocabulary and mechanics of Lambada. Students will work on the core elements needed to move safely and confidently into more complex material, including: ✨ Basic steps and the Soltinho family ✨ Chicote ✨ Double turns / Outside turns ✨ Continuous turns ✨ Pião and its many variations ✨ Cambré ✨ Partner connection, timing, and direction changes This class is ideal for students who are newer to Lambada, returning after a break, or looking to enhance/refine their foundational Lambada technique. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌀 𝟴:𝟬𝟬–𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 — 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 is where the foundational elements start to combine. This class is for dancers who already have the core Lambada vocabulary and want to understand how to create, connect, and transform movements in more complex ways. This class will give students the tools to move beyond choreographed variations and into adaptable dancing. In Architecture, students will learn how Lambada patterns are constructed: 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀. We will explore: 🔹 How foundational movements connect into sequences 🔹 Regular and Reverse Head Movement structure and exits 🔹 How to combine turns, head movement, direction changes, and flow 🔹 Regular Boneca and Reverse Boneca, including their various formations within the structure 🔹 How to lead and follow with clarity, control, and musicality ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💫 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿: These classes are for dancers who want to learn the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘅 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮: the logic, architecture, and precision underneath the feeling.
