Also they had their team Zouk Immersion perform their choreography. Workshop will consist of some variations from the roll-in! Updated news also, Bruno Miranda just won AGAIN 1st place in the Intermediate J&J with Stephany Dance, and Fae Olga Hermann & Shubhdeep Kochhar 3rd place in Intermediate J& J, official points from BZDC!!! Also 1st Time visiting us from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Rodrigo Delano! He is a member of the board of directors of Brazilian Zouk Dance Council and has 25 years experience of teaching zouk, Gafieira, Forro! This Thursday, 9:30pm in Pearl Studios he will be teaching a workshop of "Head Movements workshop" Master Head Movement Therapy with Rodrigo Delano Rodrigo will be doing a special performance with several female Zouk instructors, including Hisako Izutsu, Jessica Lamdon, Melissa Desofi, and Saeko Hinomoto at Solas Bar NYC during announcements! Congratulations to Sami Selo Ahmed for having such a successful 5th Annual DC Zouk Festival - June 22-25, 2018! NYC definitely came with full force, from Zenzouk-NYC's Ry'el Zenzouk & Jessica Lamdon teaching, performing, judging and hosting, ZenZouk Team performing, various participants making it to the finals of the novice like Theresa Santos, Shane Rasnak, Chunky Wright, and @Jeremy Hale WON 1ST PLACE WITH @Emma Kat!!! Intermediate we had Alex Chang & Fae Olga Hermann, Vinícius de Souza came in 5th place with Ashley Kent! Zouktopia playing all weekend long and crowd screaming for some more when we shut down, DJ Power, DJ Fraga and DJ Viscious!!! Hosting all weekend long from performances to competitions, your "ShyGuy" MC Alex. and all the NYC Dancers from Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, Sensual Bachata, Kizomba, etc we were a lot!!! Bachata Rosa NYC also had a Zouk room for us this past Friday, with Charles Espinoza teaching and DJing, Shelby Joy Cole & Lunna Gomes teaching as well, must've been fun.
