Hope everyone celebrated International Women's Day last Thursday, we gave roses to women in Amsterdam after dancing with us at the BDF Brazilian Dance Festival 2018 Pre-Party Let's welcome back Guigo Sortica to Solas Bar NYC, who has come from Brazil and traveling around the US again. This time his workshop will consist of "Circular Moves for the Head" I know in every level, everyone wants to be able to do various head movements, but we need to do it very safe and secure so nobody gets hurt. So learn it well with him! DJ Power keeps everyone wanting to stay on the dancefloor nonstop! All four rooms had a lot of dancers and really nice feedback from everyone. Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater is a bit pricey but we really enjoy quality areas to Zouk in. Anna Danilova celebrated her BDay and engagement, thanks to Eric Frawley celebrating her BDay with us as well. Charles Espinoza had an amazing workshop and DJ Viscious packed the dancefloor! Brazilian Dance Festival Amsterdam 2018 was spectacular, like WOW! last night we just had 40 teachers performing at the same time, CRAZY! Choreographed by our own Zenzouk-NYC's Ry'el Zenzouk & Natasha Terekhina. Thank you very much to Gilson Damasco and his team for having us, Ry'el Zenzouk & Jessica Lamdon to teach and perform, and "ShyGuy" MC Alex to host every single night, AWESOME!!!
