*Please invite others to the event, going to be awesome! Hisako Izutsu is back from her travels and we're very lucky to have her teach her workshop of dancing dynamically in different positions! One example is what does a follower do when he or she is in front with their back to the leader. DJ Power will be playing all night long, "ShyGuy" MC Alex welcoming you as your host! This Thursday, at Solas Bar NYC, a FREE workshop and dance social on April 26th we'll be having a special Respect & Consent Workshop led by Flouer Evelyn and special guest moderators. Also we'll be having Ally Frick who will join us and has a similar event in June, Respect Dance Day! We will create together our community Code of Conduct, do several exercises on consent off and on the dancefloor. We'll having a lot of our teachers uniting together of showing how important everyone's attendance is, Ry'el Zenzouk, Jessica Lamdon, Hisako Izutsu Charles Espinoza, Flavia De Marta, Buddy Valdez, Alex Chang, and others. Whoever does NOT attend the FREE Workshop will need to pay $20 for the Zouk social afterwards, so it is highly recommended for you to attend the gathering and the rest of the dance social for FREE, YAY!
