Oasis Zouk Social

I'm excited to begin planning for a monthly Zouk social at the Oasis starting ✨Aug 15th✨. Save the date! -Ebonie Welcome to a new monthly Brazilian Zouk social at the Oasis in Denver! Whether you’re new to Zouk or a seasoned dancer, this is your space to connect, move, and share the joy of dance with the community. Enjoy tea, refreshments, a chill lounge & chocolate delicacies by Chocolately! **When:** Friday, August 15, 2025 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM **Where:** Denver Oasis 1234 E Colfax Ave #201 (2nd floor--buzz in directory for "Lisa Wimberger") Denver, CO 80218 **Entry:** $10 – Venmo accepted. Venmo @ebonielee with note "Oasis Zouk" **What to wear** No theme--wear what makes you feel comfy and creative! As the Oasis has newly installed flooring, please refrain from using street shoes on the dance floor. Please bring socks, suede-soled dance shoes, or light-colored/white rubber soles to dance in. We will be playing virtual sets from Brazilian Zouk DJs, TBA. The DJs who have created these sets will be compensated and their info shared with attendees. **About the Oasis:** The Oasis is a community space supporting wellness, connection & co-creativity. It’s a clubhouse, coworking space and a home to the Neurosculpting Institute—a cohort of wellness practitioners helping people manage stress through neuroplasticity, psychotherapy, and physical therapy. Colfax (follow the lot’s scan procedures) **Accessibility:** Please note that the Oasis is located on the second floor of a historic 1915 building with stair-only access (no elevator).
