TOUCH". - Deep water dance, freediving, contact improvisation, somatics. This practice gently brings people into deep contact with themselves, their body and movement, and establishes a relationship with water. We will be practicing in amazing water - in the "lagoon of the seven colors of Bacalar" and the Blue Cenote with crystal clear water. Sasha has already held an intensive there in April and it was a very deep and gentle experience - both for those who have never tried freediving or even are afraid of the water, and for advanced divers. The combination of freediving, touch work and mindfulness tuning accompanied by Sasha makes the experience as deep as possible. You can come for one intensive or stay for all time, whether you're a beginner or a continuing diver, either way you'll live a full immersion in a gentle and absorbing experience. Bringing your whole self, unapologetically, unashamedly taking space, paying attention to yourself, accepting attention, openly receiving and living the pleasure. To be here and now, without skipping a single moment of your life, without getting ahead of yourself or getting stuck in the past. To be in touch with what is, right now. To be fully present in your body, in your breath, in your movement, in your sensations, in your touch.
