Durante todos estos años, junto con Mario Blanco, hemos desarrollado el método de enseñar la danza subacuática que llamamos Ocean Dance. Es una combinación de apnea (freediving), prácticas somáticas y Contact. Desde el año 2020 esta disciplina fue aceptada por CMAS como uno de los modos de art freediving, y fue certificada. Di 3 cursos para los instructores de Ocean Dance, y ahora mis alumnos enseñan en los mares, en las piscinas, lagunas y en las aguas termales. Unos trabajan con la gente común o con los bailarines, otros dan apoyo a las personas con necesidades especiales, a las personas idosas, a las mujeres embarazadas y familias con bebés. Estar danzando en el mar con los seres marinos - delfines, manta rayas, ballenas, lobos marinos - es lo que me lleva más allá de mis sueños, porque la realidad parece mucho más mágica que la fantasía. La calidad в presencia que da el Ocean Dance, hace que los peces y los mamíferos te aceptan como un carnal, y vienen a jugar. Como psicóloga, me da mucho placer trabajar con la gente, que está lista para pasar de un lugar de miedos y ansiedad, a un lugar de calma interior, conexión con el ambiente y a la danza profunda con la Naturaleza. Como danzarina, me gusta compartir mis experiencias a través de los videos, y también invitar a mis amigos a viajar a unas aguas bellas, compartiendo los momentos de danza y del encuentro. Recientemente comprendí, que el país de México me parece el mejor lugar para seguir con mis prácticas. Entonces, me quedo aquí, dispuesta a compartir todo lo que pueda. Estoy feliz de dar el taller intensivo “Ocean Dance”, que incluye danza en agua y apnea. Los participantes tienen una posibilidad adicional de recibir su primer certificado de apnea, para seguir practicando con otros instructores. El modo de enseñar de Ocean Dance permite que la persona desarrolle su potencial de estar bajo el agua, sin la necesidad de esforzarse, a través de conciencia corporal, observación y apoyo de los patrones de movimiento. Como resultado del intensivo, vamos a poder sumergirse bajo el agua con placer y sin pánico, bailar en el agua, cambiando de profundidad, dejarse ser danzados por los flujos del agua. Intensive “OCEAN DANCE” in the Bacalar lagoon with Sasha Bezrodnova Since 2008 I have been giving Water Contact intensives and organizing the Water & Land Contact Festival in Thailand with a team of 6 CI teachers.
