OCEAN DANCE SHALLOW WATER workshop with Sasha Bezrodnova 📅 When: 26-29 March 📍 Where: Thailand ⭐️ Format: morning classes in the sea (4hours daily) Ocean Dance is a technique of improvisational dance in and underwater, combining somatic movement, freediving, oceanic awareness, an eco-somatic approach, and artistic expression. This workshop is oriented to dancing only in shallow water, focused on aspects of effortless movement, playfulness, and human connection. Befriend water. Feel confident and relaxed in your own body. Express yourself non-verbally and feel deeply met. Allow yourself to enter into a tender and playful connection with the sea and your partners.
