Researching new (or perhaps forgotten) ways of moving/thinking/sensing. 💧 Ocean Gardens is a space created for us to relearn how to find rest within ourselves, supported by the embrace of the Ocean and each other's Presence. Being immersed in water is changing the chemistry in our bodyminds and allows a release of unecessary tension, supporting new ways of moving and perceiving reality. Breathing reveals itself to be the gateway from inner to outter realms, the fundamental conection to all Life. From stillness, movement is born, but not to get from A to B. We'll move for the sake of movement itself, for the joy of moving, reconnecting with this ancient intelligence, which bonds all living beings: Life is motion. By reconnecting body~mind, we aim to find a sense of belonging, not to any specific location, but wherever we go: finding the ground in the present moment, through the senses, where we are always in relationship with the whole Universe. Finally, it's a way for us to find ease and conection in human contact, by creating a safe space where we can explore an intimacy which is not based on romance/sexuality, but found in the simplicity of sharing Presence. 💧 Schedule: May 11-12-13 / 2023 17h00 to 19h00 This is a group process. Commitment for the 3 days required. Ocean has always been her temple. She practice meditation and somatics as a refuge and tool for inner transformation and Contact Improvisation as an embodiment and relational intelligence investigation.
