Entering the Studio: - Double glass doors near the bike rack (to the right of CreateScape) - Enter the Front Door code if needed: 97531 - Walk straight, turn right at the T, go all the way to the end, make a left. Studio door is on the left. Schedule: 9:00 - opening circle to set intentions and dance guidelines 9:10 - 80+ minutes of Ecstatic Dance/movement (5 Rhythms-inspired wave that starts slow, builds to a peak, and winds down into stillness at the end) 10:20 - closing circle and community connection Guidelines: ** Get consent for any interactions, such as hugs, dances, energy exchange, or any type of physical touch ** No phone, photos, videos, or conversations on the dance floor ** No alcohol, drugs, or other substances before or during the event ** Bring water bottles, extra shirts, and towels because you may be inspired to dance hard ** Since we don't have child care and some of the music may be PG-13, we recommend any kids be 13+ ** No shoes allowed on this dance floor ** No food ** Notice where you may judge yourself or others Restroom Codes: - Women: 5757 - Men: 2327 What kinds of music should you expect?
