Oct.3. Salsa technique and body movement workshop with Alexandra

Hello all, as might some of you know, from the beginning of November I will be living in Barcelona, Spain, therefore I thought to make a last few workshops for those who are interested in :) This workshop is focusing on floor technique, how to step how to grab the floor, isolation technique to explore some new muscles in your body and learn how to put them to work for you, and basic body movement connecting to your steps. I found this extremely important as a dancer as this is what gives you the first step to move out of your box. There will be 3x 50min classes, with 10min pause between (more or less :D ). 13:00 - basic isolation technique 14:00 - floor technique 15:00 - basic body movement price for the whole workshop is 500czk price for 1 class is 200 czk CAPACITY LIMITED, no entry without registration!!!
